Frontier Lamb & Feta Meatballs

Ingredients List:

- 1lb Ground Lamb

- 1/4 cup Frontier Spice Blend

- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese

- 1/4 cup Minced Garlic

-1 Egg

- 1/4 cup Plain Breadcrumbs

- 1 Lemon


1) Preheat Smoker or Oven to 350° // Can also be cooked in Cast Iron skillet. 
2) In Large bowl or Mixer, mix the following ingredients.  Ground Lamb, Frontier spice, Feta cheese, Egg, Garlic, Breadcrumbs and the juice of 1 lemon. (** for extra flavor add a tablespoon of fresh diced mint) Mix a few minutes until all ingredients are incorporated.
3) Form, 1-to-1.5-inch Meatballs it should make 16-18 meatballs.
4) Cook until the centers are 150 degrees, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest 5-10 minutes allowing temperature to get to 155-160.


Serve meatballs as desired!!

** In our picture we smoked the meatballs and served them over a Labneh cheese spread (flavored with Za'atar and Thyme) Also served with salt & pepper blistered tomatoes, a dollop of cilantro lemon hummus and pita bread. Sprinkled with fresh feta and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over top.
