Ingredients List:
- 1lb Ground Chicken (can substitute for Ground Turkey)
- 2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Ramen Spice Blend
- 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 cup Chopped Roasted Peanuts (unsalted or salted)
- Hoisin Sauce to taste
- 1 Head Butter Lettuce (Pro Tip: Use Sprouts Butterhead Pre-torn leaves)
Directions:
1) Mix together 1lb Ground Chicken and 2 tablespoons of Teriyaki Ramen Blend
2) In a large skillet add 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil and heat. Once hot, cook chicken until cooked through while chopping into smaller pieces.
Serve:
Layer taco, 1 leaf of lettuce, chicken, carrots, hoisin sauce and chopped nuts.
