Shipping Policy

Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please email us at info@oldwestspicecompany.com ; include order number, a detailed description of problem and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.

We provide a customer satisfaction guarantee with all your purchases. All returns must be new and unused, in the original state, and deemed by Old West Spice Company to be in an unused /undamaged condition prior to being accepted for refund, exchange or credit.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. All returns to Old West Spice Company are subject to inspection.

Exceptions and exclusions

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Old West Spice Company is not responsible for merchandise that it lost, stolen, and/or damaged during the return shipping process.
  • Original receipt / packing slip is required for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

We cannot accept returns for our food products or offer refunds based on personal taste. However, we will issue credit or refund for products that are damaged during shipping. If your product arrived damaged, please email or call us with the following information:

Order number, damaged product item description, condition of damaged product upon arrival, date and time package was received.
